🛒 How to Place Your Order

Ordering from Koobichchi is quick, easy, and secure.

Step 1: Browse our collection and click “Buy It Now” on the product you want.
Step 2: Fill in your personal details (name, address, and contact information).
Step 3: Select your location area to calculate delivery availability and fees.
Step 4: Choose your payment method from:

  • Cash on Delivery (Local orders only)
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Koko Pay (3-month instalment option)
  • Bank Transfer

Step 5: Place your order. You’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number (MO number)
  • Order details and item list
  • Chosen payment method
  • Estimated delivery date

Step 6: Our team will process your order within 24 hours. When your order is handed over to Koobiyo courier for delivery, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress.

🚚 Delivery Information

Islandwide Delivery (Sri Lanka)

  • Delivery Fee: Rs. 350
  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days (from dispatch)
  • Courier Partner: Koobiyo
  • The courier will call to confirm your delivery address and availability.
  • If the courier cannot reach you after three attempts, your order will be returned to us.
  • Redelivery is possible for a Rs. 400 fee, payable via Cash on Delivery.

International Delivery

We proudly ship to customers worldwide!

  • Delivery Partner: FedEx
  • Delivery Time: Up to 14 business days (depending on location)
  • Delivery Fee: Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Payment Method: Card only (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Important Notes for International Customers:

  • We cannot deliver to military bases or P.O. Boxes.
  • Customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the customer.
  • Please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
  • We will do our best to ensure a smooth customs process, but delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

❌ Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

  • Contact us within 5 hours of placing it.
  • Provide your order number from your confirmation email.

Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

🔄 Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your product for another size, color, or style:

Exchange Fee: Rs. 400 (covers both pickup and redelivery)

Exchange Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are not allowed for sale items, discounted products, or items purchased as part of an exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in quality-checking and packaging every order, but in the rare event your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Contact us right away with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a free replacement or, if unavailable, offer an alternative product or store credit voucher.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not in their original condition (used, altered, or missing tags)
  • Sale or discounted items
